Jessica's love of design started at a young age. With an artist for a mother, craft and design was a way of life. They would spend hours exploring antique stores together, just for the fun of it. That love of history and excitement for exploration carries through into her practice today. Jessica rarely takes the path most traveled and started her own design studio after working for a Vancouver design firm and taking a few years off to travel and work on yachts. The taste for new adventures is never far away and is one of the reasons she loves working with so many different design styles. A passionate learner with an intimate sense of curiosity sparks the hunt, the search and the challenge of finding new materials.
Living in the Kootenays, Jessica values community, small town living and the smell of BC forests in the summer. Jessica is a graduate of the Interior Design program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a member of Interior Design Institute of BC and the Interior Design Institute of Canada.
Jessica is delighted to announce her partnership with Swede, the renowned kitchen design company, to bring her interior design solutions to Swede's valued kitchen clients
Our team is available throughout the Kootenays, from Castlegar to Fernie. Our office is located in Nelson, where we acknowledge, with gratitude and appreciation, that the land on which we work and play is the traditional territories of the Sinixt, the Syilx, and the Ktunaxa peoples, and is home to many other indigenous persons, including the Inuit and Metis.
